Mindfulness Challenge 2017

Mindfulness Challenge is back! The theme this year is Kindness – the intention and desire to bring happiness to someone. The world needs more kindness, and mindfulness can help.

Be Brave. Be Kind. Breathe.

Help us bring mindfulness for mental health to marginalized people who live with depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges, by participating in Mindfulness Challenge 2017 and asking friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.

This year we’re broadcasting from Daniels Spectrum in Toronto. You can participate there, at a satellite location, or virtually!

Join us for a 4-hour feast of mindfulness activities designed to cultivate kindness. The program is designed for everyone, from beginner to zen master. Last year’s program got rave reviews. See The Event page for details.
