Rum and Rhythm

“Rum and Rhythm” is the ultimate Caribbean epicurean experience in Toronto, presented by The Caribbean Tourism Organization Foundation. This Rum and Food tasting event features sampling of rum from various Caribbean nations and Caribbean cuisine. It is the CTO’s signature initiative, with the goal of heightening the awareness and diversity of the Caribbean region. Proceeds from the event are used to provide scholarships and financial assistance to Caribbean nationals interested in pursuing studies in tourism and hospitality.
