Ada Slaight Hall Programming Support Fund
Daniels Spectrum is proud to offer The Ada Slaight Hall Programming Support Fund, generously funded by the Slaight Family Foundation. The Ada Slaight Hall Programming Support Fund subsidizes event space at Daniels Spectrum for non-profit organizations and community groups to host an art or cultural event in the Regent Park community.
DETAILS
- Community groups/Non-profits can apply once per year
- The subsidy, if granted, may cover the full or partial cost of the event
- Successful applicants receive community-based marketing support for their event
- The community event sponsor must support the community of Regent Park in accessing the event either by providing a free event, or allotting a percentage of free tickets for the community
SELECTION CRITERIA
Applications will be reviewed by members of the Community Advisory Committee and will be prioritized based on:
- A unique and exciting opportunity to connect, learn and/or create at Daniels Spectrum
- Programs and events with an arts and culture focus
- Programs and events that are free and open to the community
- The fit for available spaces at Daniels Spectrum
- The complement to other community initiatives
