BIFF – Black International Film Festival

Ontario Black History Society presents 
BIFF, Black International Film Festival 
Sponsored by RBC 

March 18 & 19, 2013 

Created to commemorate the 15th National Anniversary of Feb as Black History Month in Canada and the UN International Year for People of African Descent, BIFF will provide award winning films from the African Diaspors, classic films and films that seek to raise discussion or raise awareness. 

Screenings:

March 18

3:10 pm – ‘The Other Cuba’

5:30 pm – ‘The Making of a Judge’

6:25 pm – ‘The 1st Grader’

7:50 pm ‘Viva Mediba’ 

March 19

1:50 pm –  ‘Toussaint L’Ouverture’ part 1&2

5:25 pm – ‘Black Pearls of Wisdom’

6:10 pm –  ‘Akwantu-The Journey’

8:05 pm –  ‘Prom Night in Mississippi’ 

Space is limited at this free event, please arrive early. Seating is on a first come, first seated basis.
